Social media — Facebook, Instagram, Telegram

Post your products to Facebook, Instagram and Telegram from MarketSaaS — captions, tracked links, a calendar, approval and results.

Connect your accounts

Marketing → Social media → Accounts connects the places you post to. Each is checked with the network before it is saved, and shows the name the network gives it:

Network Page / account / channel Access token
Facebook your Page's id (Page → About → Page ID) a Page access token with pages_manage_posts
Instagram the Instagram business account id linked to your Page the same Page token, with instagram_content_publish
Telegram your channel as @name the token of a bot (from @BotFather) that is an admin of the channel

Tokens are saved encrypted. Check asks the network again; when a token has expired or been taken back, the account shows Reconnect — connect it again with a new token. Threads, Pinterest, X and YouTube are listed as coming later.

Make a post

Social media → New post, then pick a product: its photos, first uploaded video and its page's link load. Untick the photos you don't want; tick Post the video for a Reel.

Each connected account gets its own caption, with a counter against the network's limit (Instagram 2,200 characters and 30 hashtags, Telegram 1,024, Facebook 5,000). With AI on, Write captions with AI writes one per network in your brand voice (Settings → AI) — from the product's name, description, price and tags, never its cost. Edit them freely.

The link gets tracking tags per network — utm_source=instagram, utm_source=facebook … and the post's own utm_campaign — so orders from it show under Results. Facebook and Telegram get the link at the end of the caption; Instagram links aren't clickable, so the composer shows the tagged link to put in your bio.

Save draft keeps it; nothing is posted yet.

Schedule and the calendar

On a saved post, pick a date and time (India time) and press Schedule — it goes out by itself within a minute of that time. Unschedule takes it off. Calendar shows the month: posted and scheduled posts on their day; open one to change its time.

Daily auto-post (on the calendar page) posts one product a day by itself at the time you choose: an in-stock best seller from the last 30 days that hasn't been posted in 30 days — one with a video first, for Reels — with AI captions when AI is on, to every connected account. Auto posts are marked auto in the list.

Approval

Owners and managers post straight away. Staff (a role with Marketing access, see Team) make posts and press Send for approval; until an owner or manager presses Approve, the post can't be posted or scheduled (a time staff choose is kept and used once it's approved). An approver can also Send back with a note saying what to change. Every step and note shows under Approval and notes on the post, and the In review filter on the posts list shows what's waiting. Changing an approved post sends it back to draft — it needs approving again.

Post it

On a saved post, Post now sends it to every ticked network at once:

  • one photo goes as a photo post, several as one carousel / album (Facebook multi-photo post, Instagram carousel, Telegram album), a ticked video as a video / Reel;
  • each network's post id and link are kept — View opens it;
  • a network that refuses shows its reason under its caption and is tried again after 10 and 20 minutes (three tries in all). Try the failed ones again sends them now. An expired token marks the account Reconnect and stops the retries; connecting it again sends what failed.

A posted post can't be changed — make a new one.

Results

Social media → Results shows the posts of the last 30 days:

  • per network, its own counts — likes, comments and reach (Facebook and Instagram; Telegram doesn't give them), read back every 3 hours, or now with Refresh numbers;
  • the orders each post brought and their value: an order belongs to a post when the buyer came through its link (its utm_campaign), and to the network named in its utm_source. Cancelled and unpaid orders don't count;
  • a summary per network — posts, likes, comments, reach, orders and sales.
