AI — descriptions, listings, photos and more

Turn it on

AI is off until the owner or a manager turns it on in Settings → AI. Once it's on, Write with AI buttons appear on the pages that use it. Nothing AI writes is published by itself: it fills a draft that you read, change and save.

What AI sees — and what it never sees

AI gets your product details (names, descriptions, attributes, selling prices, photos) and totals (counts, sales, trends) only. It never gets your cost prices or a buyer's name, phone, email or address.

Reading supplier bills is the one exception, so it has its own switch, off by default: a bill shows your cost prices, and reading it sends them to the AI service. Turn it on only if you're happy with that. See Read bills with AI.

Brand voice

Tell AI how your store talks — "warm and simple, a little Hinglish, no exaggeration". Descriptions and social captions follow it.

Limits and the request log

Each store has a monthly number of AI requests and AI photos; Settings → AI shows how many are used this month. When they run out, AI buttons say so until the next month.

Every request is listed under Recent requests with exactly what was sent and what came back, so you can check what left your store.
